The PSSSR is led by our Founder, Director & CEO Catherine Liu, Professor of Film and Media Studies at UC Irvine and author of, among other books, Virtue Hoarders: The Case Against the Professional-Managerial Class and the forthcoming Traumatized: The New Politics of Suffering. Catherine is one of the leading voices on the American Left. Her Substack is Cliuanon.

Dr George Hoare has over a decade of leadership in non-profits with a focus on strategy, governance, and evaluation. Based in London, he is also the author of several books, most recently An Introduction to 'Antonio Gramsci: His Life, Thought and Legacy.'

Tara Heffernan is an art critic and historian. Her cultural criticism has been published widely and she is the editor of the forthcoming collection 'Notes on Kitsch: Finding Art in the Slop Empire.
