A Fellowship for Established Thinkers
The PSSSR Senior Fellows Program brings together established writers and thinkers in a pro-social learning environment.
Presently, everyday life in and outside of learning institutions is constrained by institutional cowardice, political surveillance, and rampant philistinism. There’s little space for sustained discussion of any kind, let alone the sharing of ideas that are resistant to, or critical of, the trends pushed by mainstream media and established institutional discourse.
Designed for those whose work has already proven influential in shaping contemporary debates (though often outside of traditional media and institutional settings), our program offers Fellows time, space, and a convivial social environment necessary to extend their work in new and ambitious directions, and to share with other like-minded people.
As part of the program, our Senior Fellows will receive a stipend and a fully funded place at the inaugural PSSSR Retreat in Twentynine Palms in December 2026, and will be recognised as part of the PSSSR’s extended faculty and play an ongoing role in its intellectual life.
There are no formal obligations; however, the program is structured to encourage collaboration, conversation, and future engagement across PSSSR initiatives.
